You can choose from stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, brass, superalloy, and other metal materials for the investment casting process.
For investment casting, our MOQ can be as low as 100-500 pieces for small and medium-sized parts. For large or complex parts, we can discuss further. We also welcome small batch trials to help you test the market.
The mold is your asset. We keep it safely in our tool room with clear labeling. You can request to take it back at any time, or we can store it for you free of charge for future repeat orders.
Mold making usually takes 2–4 weeks. Sample casting takes about 2–3 weeks. Mass production lead time is around 4–6 weeks depending on order quantity and complexity. We also offer express service for urgent projects.
